♡ ; Chocolate Crêpes @ 10:03 PM

It is that time of the year again, the month of February, when everyone is busy preparing for the special v-day for their special someone. I, on the other hand, stuck in the middle of nowhere working, was watching the food network channel during a show called "French Food at Home" and discover this delicious recipe for chocolate lovers and crêpes that I am having cravings for it right now. It's ashame that I can't make it here due to the lack of baking supplies at residence.  So here I am, searching and about to post this recipe for all of you! Sooo, enjoy! ♥

Ingredients:
          Chocolate Crepes:
                - 1 tbsp butter
                - 1 1/2 ounce / 40g chocolate
                - 1 cup milk
                - 2 eggs
                - 1/4 cup sugar
                - 1 tsp vanilla
                - 1 cup flour

          Chocolate Sauce:
                - 1 cup whipping cream
                - 8 ounce of chocolate, finely chopped

Procedure:
Chocolate Crepe:
1. Put the butter, chocolate, and milk in a saucepan and heat to melt.  beat the eggs with the sugar in a bow. Add the vanilla, then the flour.  Beat in the chocolate mixture.  Strain into a jug and let sit half an hour.  Add more milk or water if necessary to give the consistency of thin cream.  Fry the crêpes, using a bit of oil if you don't have a no-stick pan.
2. Fill the crêpes with sliced banana or strawberries and sweetened, cinnamon-flecked whipped cream.  Look best in triangle.  Drizzle chocolate sauce over top.

Chocolate Sauce:
1. Put the cream and chocolate together in a saucepan and heat, gently, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is very smooth.  Thin, as needed with more cream.  Serve hot.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For poise, walk wtih the knowledge that you will never walk alone. People, even more than things have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed: never throw out anyone.
