金銀花菊花茶 (Honeysuckle Chrysanthemum Tea) @ 4:58 PM

So being in Alberta and in the mountains, the weather keeps changing and it's so dry that it is making me sick and having these weird allergic reactions that I never seem to have before. So my mom, being a good mom and the best mom in the world, told me to get some honeysuckle (金銀花) and chrysanthemum (菊花) to help to regulate my health and body that will prevent the weird symptoms I get here out in the mountains. AND therefore, I decided to share this drink with all of you. It's so easy to make and it taste so good.  ENJOYY ♥ !

"Function: to improve inflammation, pus detoxification, wind and heat evacuation. Cold and sweet honey suckle, can detoxify, for the prevention of upper respiratory tract infection and influenza; chrysanthemum has excellent antipyretic effect divergence can improve the early cold symptoms.  It can also prevent or relieve cold." source

Ingredients:

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For poise, walk wtih the knowledge that you will never walk alone. People, even more than things have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed: never throw out anyone.
