Green Tea Cheesecake @ 3:59 PM

Cheesecake is one of my favourite recipes. I like it because it's very presentable in all occasions.  Bithday parties, christmas parties and just family dinner.  It's really easy to make and everyone love cheesecakes anyways. You can even match it with a nice ice wine too.  Here is one of my favourite recipe of cheesecake. It's a mix of a little japanese flavour into what people think "fattening" because cheese is fattening.  But green tea is something special.  It has been known for effectively lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood cots*. So why miss out some great desserts? Hope you enjoy this recipe. :)

Ingredients
(yields approximately 12 servings)
- 2 (8 ounces) container fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon green tea powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust

Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C)
2. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Mix in the green tea powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until lightly and creamy
4. Pour into the prepared crust.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the center jiggles evenly when the cake is shaken lightly.

Time
- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Cook time: 25 minutes

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For poise, walk wtih the knowledge that you will never walk alone. People, even more than things have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed: never throw out anyone.
